Sentiment Field
The Sentiment field allows users to rate their overall experience or satisfaction level using a visual emoticon scale.
It provides five sentiment options:
Very Unsatisfied – The user had a very poor experience or is strongly unhappy with the service.
Unsatisfied – The user is not satisfied and may have experienced issues or unmet expectations.
Average – The user had an acceptable or generally positive experience.
Satisfied – The user is happy with the service and had a positive experience.
Very Satisfied – The user is highly satisfied and had an outstanding experience.
This field is suitable for feedback forms, service rating forms, customer satisfaction surveys, and post-service evaluation forms.
How to Set the Sentiment Options
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Sentiment Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Rate your stay).
- Click Save.
How to Add Sentiment Values
- Under Field Settings.
- Click Add Content.
- Choose Default option.
- Under Global Selectable Value, choose Add and choose Very Unsatisfied.
- Repeat the steps to add the remaining sentiment values:
Unsatisfied, Average, Satisfied and Very Satisfied. - Click Save.
How to Set Min and Max Labels
- Under Settings, enter the Min Label to Very Unsatisfied and Max Label to Very Satisfied.
- Click Save.
As a result:
The Sentiment field will display the sentiment values you have configured, allowing users to select the option that best represents their feedback or satisfaction level.
