FormBN Updates
Form Collaboration
Preparing an online form is no longer a one-person job. With FormBN's new Form Collaboration feature, government officers can now work together to prepare, review, and publish forms in which either from the same department or across different ministries and agencies.
You can invite others as a Co-Owner (full access) or as a Contributor (with permissions you control).

BruneiID Authentication
FormBN now lets form owners require users to log in with their BruneiID before accessing a form. This adds an extra layer of security and ensures that responses come from verified individuals that ideals for official applications or forms that collect sensitive information.
You can enable or disable this option anytime in the form's security settings.
New Fields
1. The Map Point field allows users to select one or more locations directly on a map. When a point is added, the system will automatically capture the address and geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the selected location.
2. The Multiple Choice Grid field allows users to answer multiple related questions using the same set of answer options. The questions are displayed in rows, while the possible answers are displayed as columns.
3. The Linear Scale field allows users to rate a statement or question using a numeric scale. This type of field is commonly used in surveys to measure opinions, satisfaction levels, or agreement levels.
